Conducted empirical and legal research on the transition from conflict to peace. Completed fieldwork in Sierra Leone and Kosovo. Developed and managed an EU-funded, OSCE/ODIHR-implemented project involving a team of eight in researching and drafting a fifteen-volume international criminal law and practice training manual for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Serbia. Conducted legal training, planning and implementing ICL capacity-building seminars for Rwandan and Ugandan judges and lawyers, and domestic and international legal research.
