Responsible for project management, strategic planning, budgeting, managing sub-contractors, blog and social media management, and event planning. Projects included researching and drafting a report on the use of technology by investigators of human rights abuses and regular publication of reports on prosecuting international crimes, transitional justice, and international criminal law jurisprudence.

Conducted empirical and legal research on the transition from conflict to peace. Completed fieldwork in Sierra Leone and Kosovo. Taught courses in international law, supervised graduate students, served as the managing editor of the Leiden Journal of International Law, and planned academic conferences and lectures.

Organized and facilitated a round-table discussion of international trial monitoring for Croatian trial monitors and judges visiting The Hague, Netherlands.

Developed and managed an EU-funded, OSCE/ODIHR-implemented project involving a team of eight in researching and drafting a fifteen-volume international criminal law and practice training manual for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Serbia. Conducted legal training, planning and implementing ICL capacity-building seminars for Rwandan and Ugandan judges and lawyers, and domestic and international legal research.
